attchement is not being send

I've read on this forum to add the debugger to the events. I get the output after the form is send. Unfortunately the upload element with name 'file1' is not giving any output.

The email is send correctly, but the attachement is not there.

What can be the cause of this?

(I'm about to go on a holiday and this live-form needs fixing. So I will certainly buy you a beer if you can help me fix this before tonight)

there was no Upload Files action. Got it.

Do you have an Upload Files action in the On Submit event? That's needed to complete the file upload.
