Multiple fields in mail subject

Hi all,
in a form I use on my website they need to choose a date and enter a location. I use the fields {dag} {maand} {jaar} and {locatie}.

Now I want these fields to make up the subject of the email I recieve. Is there a way to do this?

Ys, this has come up before, if you search the forums for 'subject OnSubmit' I think you will find it OK.
