Duplicating responses

Each time I receive a response from the form I created, I am receiving three copies in the database.

The form is a PhP form copied into Chronos and the set up is fine, but duplicates all responses. Hos can I resolve this issue?

Hi Gary,

It's impossible to tell what's happening from the form alone.

Probably you have some kind of a loop in the code somewhere.
