problem receiving results

Hi,

I have a older website with and 3.1 RC5 version of chronoforms, and the results are send correctly to hotmail, yahoo, my own website mail, but my client has its own custom mail server and they can't receive the mail.

Now they are asking me how the mails are send of the chronoform... what should i tell them?

Hi sweet160,

It depends on the Email configuration in the Site Global Configuration. Give them the settings from there and the full set of headers from an email that has been sent. They are almost certainly in the client's spam box.
