SiteLock sending blank forms.

For the longest time I've been getting email's consisting of blank entries or entries that were never processed, for example, I'll get two concurrent emails such as:

Full Name	 1
Email	 1
Phone	 1
Company Name	 1
Company Address	 1
Comments	 1
Enter the code	 1


Submitted by 99.198.119.98

Full Name	 {name}
Email	 {email}
Phone	 {phone}
Company Name	 {companyname}
Company Address	 {companyaddress}
Comments	 {comments}
Enter the code	 {chrono_verification}

I have captcha enabled, and checked via server side, and I don't get any other spam, but somehow SiteLock and their services find a way to send me this about once a week. Can anyone explain how to stop it? Thanks for your time.

This shouldn't be possible from the front-end but if it's Site-Lock presumably you have a Site-Lock extension on your site.

If so is it set up to do a weekly security scan? And do these scans match up with the 'empty' emails?

I'm currently having the same issue but I do not have SiteLock installed, also my 'empty' form contains the following ip 66.249.66.211 as the one that submitted it, this IP belongs to Google(crawl-66-249-66-211.googlebot.com)

Is this also the case on your site? So far I really have no clue on where to search this..
