Bug after Chronoforms is Validated

Windwachter 17 Apr, 2012
Hello,

Today I validated my Chronoforms extension and ChronoConnectivity.

Before the forms I displayed on my website were ok.
But now I validated Chronoforms, the website width is changed for some reason.
I have a 3 column layout which worked fine before, but now the 3rd column is put below the left column because there is a vertical and horizontal scrollbar within the website body, as shown on the picture below.

How to solve this problem? I can't find changes in the width of the layout of the website.

Hi Windwachter,

Imossible to say from the image.

Validating ChronoForms removes the div holding the strap line but normally shouldn't have any other effect on your page. There must be an unclosed div or an interaction with the template CSS that causes this.

I'm afraid that this is a debugging job with your browser web developer tools.

Thnx for your reply Greyhead!

I assumed it had to do something with the validation of Chronoforms, because I had no problems before.. With the validation the tag 'Powered by ChronoEngine' or something familiar is removed. I thought something would have gone wrong with the removal of it.

The actual problem was that the div containter had overflow on auto. This should have been hidden.

Problem solved!
