two forms same settings, one won't submit in IE9

I've compared all basic settings and can't find a difference. These are simple forms! What am I not seeing?

This form submits in IE9 (submits, emails, displays thanks message).

This one doesn't (no submit, no email, no thanks).

Both are in modules using same settings.

Am using 4.0 RC3.11 (3.0 for mods?) on Joomla 1.7

Ah, after hunting about a bit, I think that the problem is the RokCheckboxes. Please turn off Input Formatting in the template Advanced Options.

That did it. Thanks! FYI for other noobs here, the Input Formatting option is not in Chronoforms but in our Rockettheme template settings. Thanks for pointing the way, Bob. Great extension. Great support.
