Hi,
Could anyone show me how to export a Chronoform to a customer site? This requirement allows for the separation of development and production, and should avoid placing chronoform extensions on customer site.
Regards, Rob
Hi Rob,
You must have Chronoforms installed on your customer's website, backup your forms in your dev site and restore on the live website, versions should match.

Max

Hi Rob,
Just adding to Max's comment. You can’t run ChronoForms on your customer's site without having the ChronoForms extension installed.

OK,
Thx Max and Bob.
Just wondering if a 'runtime' is possible.
I'm in the situation of developer, not owning the site, nor maintaining the site.
So, I'm hesitant to handover a full admin to ChronoForm, but just the results and the possibility to hook into a menu.
Rgrds,
Rob
Hi Rob,
Sorry, I don't understand your question? There is no runtime version of ChronoForms, it needs full site access including the ability to write to the site database.
You could develop forms remotely and send them to the site owner as ChronoForms backup files - but in my experience when I do that debugging still usually requires site access.
