Hi! I've got my form and ChronoConnectivity (V4 RC2) up and running pretty well. Thanks for all the help so far. I do have another question:
When I open the database table in ChronoConnectivity (Admin List) I am able to add a new record and also to edit a record. But deleting does not seem to work. I do get a message 'Deleted successfully.' but the record is still there. Is this a bug?

Hi,
not AFAIK, I have just tested this here and it worked fine, you have the correct permissions setup and have the "per record" permissions "disabled", correct ?

Max

I have the same problem, advance admin permission "per record" is disabled and I tried all kind of combined general admin permission. Another problem is adding a new record, then clicking cancel the record is saved owever as is, without validation, even if an empty record.
Hi,
Please try to create a new connection and connect it to the Joomla content table, try to produce the problem with this one, and if it occurs then please send me a backup for the connection file so I can test here too.

Hi Max,
This is still an issue for me... I can delete a record from the database from within Chronoforms. But not from the chronoconnectivity admin list. Is says 'Deleted' but it is not.
I would like to debug this and you suggested to create a new connection to the Joomla content table. And then try to delete a record? Isn't that going to mess up my Joomla content???
I'm using the latest release of CC on an Joomla 1.5 website.

Hi,
You can simply create few dummy articles and test the delete feature on them, that would cause no harm😉
But I just need to make sure that its not something in your table causing the issue because things are working fine here.

Hello!
I have the same problem and I find no solution or problem. The "Remove"-Button in Admin-Listing AND Front-Listing always says "Delete successfully" but the datas are still there.
I tried it with the joomla-content-table and dummy-articles, but no removal when I push the "Remove"-Button.
I use Joomla 2.5.4 with chronoconnectivity 4.0 RC2. Full permissions for admin- and front-editing and deleting. New and edit-buttons looks good so far.
Greyhead says it works fine on his site, maybe it would be helpful to see his configuration. Maybe there is only a little mistake of understanding and misconfiguration.
Thanks
Stephen

Hi,
Yes, the problem has been identified and fixed but not yet released, the temporarily solution is to add "Model id" to the connection, this will fix it, but will also affect your editing form fields names if you have any.

Max

Hi Kannan,
It has been fixed in the latest one, a new release will be ready by tomorrow hopefully and will have more fixes, you should wait for it then upgrade.
