Can anyone help me solve this problem. I have set up my first form. When someone from my site submits a form the email is being sent to my email box, but the information they typed in is not showing. I am sure this is simple to fix but I haven't been able to figure it out. How do I get the information to show up in my email?

You probably need to add some content to the Email template. There are a series of videos here that will help you get started with CFv4. Please check the 'First Email' one.
