is it possible to use in some fields the year, and in other full date?
It could be interesting to do that in the same form...

Probably. Which version of ChronoForms are you using? You can find the version from Site Admin | Extensions | Install/Uninstall | Components in Joomla! 1.5 or Site Admin | Extensions | Extension Manager | Manage in Joomla! 1.6/1.7/2.5.

OK I recommend that you choose the MooDatePicker option on the form General Tab. Then use the Custom MooDatepicker actions to configure your datepickers. Give them distinct class names and add these in the Class box on the corresponding form elements.

There is a small bug if you use the built-in PickOnly option for the years picker - there's a fix in the CFv4 RC3.21 bugs list or ask me if you hit the problem.
