Where do I find the form?

I created a test form and I published it. When I went to the Forms Manager and clicked "front end view", the page popped up with the form I had created. The web page's address was:

http://localhost:8888/Joomla_mysite/index.php?option=com_chronoforms&chronoform=testform

I am trying to find the form so that I can create a menu for it so that you can find the form from the homepage. But I can't find the form. Would it be in Articles?

I figured how to display it on a webpage with a menu link. I chose an existing article (I could have created a new article for the form but I am just in the testing phase of my website) and then I edited the text. In the text, I inserted {chronoforms}nameofform{/chronoforms} with the name of the form between the pair of curly brackets. When I saved, the form appeared in the article.

I also had to download the plugin first for this to work. The plugin is found on the installation page.
