radio buttons line breaks?

I'm new to Joomla - and new to ChronoForms. I've made a Sunday school registration form. I have the radio buttons that I need but the line breaks with the button on one line and the text for it on the next line.

How do I get it to break so that the radio button is on the same line as the text?

Thanks for trying. Don't know why you weren't able to load it.
I did manage to add a line break in the html code and it worked this time. So I was able to fix it.
