Error message specifying for validation

Hallo Bob and other user,

i can't see the wood for the trees. I would like to set validation on each control (not as auto validation) and can't find the place to specify the message for that.

Hi Melgui,

You can either (a) use the 'Field title' box on the element General tab; and/or (b) edit the validation language file(s) in components/com_chronoforms/js/formcheck/lang/ folder

If you do (a) the message will be specific to that element, but you can only add one message to the element.

If you do (b) then the message will apply to all errors of that kind on all the ChronoForms on the site.
