can not add more input after 45 inputs

Hi, I have trouble to add more input in my form after I added 45 inputs. Please help. here is the url http://michellebauerlifecoach.com/site/index.php?option=com_chronoforms&view=form&Itemid=230
I am using "Wizard edit" on Version 4.0 RC3.21.

Hi erin,

This is most likely because of security settings on your server. If suhosin is running then these three settings need to be at least 1,000 (possibly 2,000 if you use large forms).

suhosin.get.max_vars
suhosin.post.max_vars
suhosin.request.max_vars
