I can't do the drug and drop of forms elements

Hi! I've installed chronoforms for joomla 1.5 it's not th first time but this time i can't save any forms and I can't do the drug and drop of forms elements even if I've enabled mootools update plugin
what's the problem do i need an activation code to buy or that is someething wrong could you help me?? thank you😢

You don't need an activation code. This sounds like a JavaScript problem. Please use your browser web develop tools to see exactly which version of MooTools is being loaded.

The problem is that the MooTools upgrade plug-in isn't doing anything and MooToosl 1.12 is still being loaded in the Admin area of your site. I've tried deactivating and re-activating and changing the order to move it up to the beginning of the System Plug-ins group but neither had any effect :-(

It could be that some other component has blocked it somehow, or that the installation is missing some files (maybe K2 or Zoo?). I think I'd need to go and add debug into to see exactly what is ahppening to know more.

Thank you very much when i've installed chronoforms RokSlideshow disappeared so there is a conflict i've disabled it but chronoforms drug and drop still doesn't work😢 I don't know what to do could you help me to solve it, thank you very much
