Country specific date

Hi

If i want dates to be presented in another format in the thank you message and in the email, how do i do it ?

Now the dates are in the format yyyy-mm-dd. I want dd-mm-yyyy and in the mails it would be nice with long dates 2nd march 2012. And in danish 😀
