Datetime Box Suggestions

It would be nice if the "Datetime Box" could do the following:

- Scroll by year (It doesn't work well for date of birth field if it doesn't allow you to scroll by year)
- Set the date format that I would like it to appear in the email

It does both of these if you configure it correctly.

Click the year twice to get the decade scroller (you can configure this to be the default view).

I think you set inputOutputFormat for the input/output format. Please see the Datepicker sticky in the CFv4 forum here.

If you upgrade to CFv4 RC3.21 then Max has switched to using the MooTools datepicker which IMHO is much better and more configurable than the old MonkeyPhysics one. They look the same but the code is improved.)
