Help to implement un contact form

Hi guys, sorry for my English.

Seeking to explain the change you want to do.
I have a real estate agency and would love within each property include a link to contact the owner.
At this point I should call a page with a form and pass two parameters (building name, email).

The name of the property I would use some type field
SUBJECT: Request for Information "property name"

and I would use email to send an email to the owner of the property.

How could I do? Can you help me?
