Pass DB identifier to email?

I have a form that puts all the goatherd information into a table in my database.

My first questions is this:
Every time the form is filled out and it adds a new row to the database, is there a Unique Identifier? Say the first time it is filled out the Unique Identifier is "1", and then it goes up from there?

If so, is there a way to pass that Unique Identifier to the email that is sent to me.

Which version of ChronoForms are you using? You can find the version from Site Admin | Extensions | Install/Uninstall | Components in Joomla! 1.5 or Site Admin | Extensions | Extension Manager | Manage in Joomla! 1.6/1.7/2.5.
