how to let Show thanks msg see the same pagebreak tab?

nemeth 16 Feb, 2012
Hello,

I'm trying the new Chronoforms on Joomla 2.5.1. I have inserted a form on my page http://lnx.guideviaggi.net/it/proposte/proposte-termali-a-budapest/1-budapest-vacanza-anti-age-nelle-terme (please don't be shocked, its a poor page yet...) in a pagebreak with tabs (the form is in <hr alt="prenotazione" class="system-pagebreak" title="Prenotazione" />
<p>{chronoforms}heliaform{/chronoforms}</p>. All is ok.

BUT: after filling the form when I submit the form, I'd like to let the clients see the Show thanks message results in the SAME TAB where they have filled the form (without turning to the first tab).

Do you have some idea how to do this?
Whitout this detail I can't go on (as the site will contain approx. 100 proposals, each with a self form, this is a very important question before buying).

The other question: how is it possible to personalise the Datetima box? It is a litle bit difficult to read the thypography.
How to let the week begin with Monday?

Many thanks in advance.

Best regards,
Nemeth

Hello,

just brought the paid version.

Could you now pls help me with the following problem: (I posted my problem last week without having any answer....)

I use the new Chronoforms on Joomla 2.5.1. I have inserted a form on my page http://lnx.guideviaggi.net/it/proposte/nelle-terme-di-budapest/1-budapest-vacanza-anti-age-nelle-terme (please don't be shocked, its a poor page yet...) in a pagebreak with tabs (the form is in <hr alt="prenotazione" class="system-pagebreak" title="Form di prenotazione" />
<p>{chronoforms}sparesortform-antiage{/chronoforms}</p>. All is ok.

BUT: after filling the form when I submit the form, I'd like to let the clients see the Show thanks message results in the SAME TAB where they have filled the form (without turning to the first tab).

How can I manage this? May I have a support?

Hi Nemeth,

Sorry I don't know if that is possible, it probably is by using Ajax and possibly by using a carefully constructed return URL. You might try asking Max using the Contact Us link above.

NB Having <p> tags around the plug-in link may break the form validation in IE.

Well no problem, I can resolve it in other way.

I'm testing the form on various browsers, but on IE unfortunately the capchta can not be seen. I use Recaptha ancd plugin rvs_recaptcha (opera, mozilla ok).

Can you help me?

Thanks,
Nemeth

Hi Nemeth,

Please post a link to the form so I can take a quick look.

Hi Nemeth,

It looks OK in IE 8 and IE 9; in IE7 there is a 500 server error:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">
<html><head>
<title>500 Internal Server Error</title>
</head><body>
<h1>Internal Server Error</h1>
<p>The server encountered an internal error or
misconfiguration and was unable to complete
your request.</p>
<p>Please contact the server administrator,
postmaster@guideviaggi.net and inform them of the time the error occurred,
and anything you might have done that may have
caused the error.</p>
<p>More information about this error may be available
in the server error log.</p>
</body></html>

Please check to see if the server logs give anything useful.
