Transfer to other server and forms stopped working

I had Chronoforms installed and made a form, and it was working fine. We transferred to a different server (unfortunately Windows based, I think) and the form stopped working. I now get this message from the links to the form (which previously worked):

"There is no form with this name, Please check the url and the form management"

Any ideas?

Hi, Which ChronoForms version you had ? if less than 2.3.8.1 then look at this hack :

Thanks -- that was it. Not related to the Windows server, but the fact that I upgraded Joomla at the same time.😉
