is it possible to transfer an article titel as a variable in a certain part of your form?

On my site people can buy used bikes and I dont need shoppingcart software, so I created one aticle per bike and I have a link in there "Buy this bike now" which links to my form.

I would like the form to know automatically from which aticle it came.
