Hi ph55,

Yes, too short. It looks like there is no Email action, or it isnโ€™t enabled.

How, to enable it Bob ?
Regards.

Hi ph55,

Set the 'Enabled' drop-down to 'Yes'.

If you mean plugin - it's enabled.
Can't find another "enable" dropdown in Chrono settings.
Maybe "Published" in general TAB ? It already "YES".

Hi ph55,

Please take a Form Backup using the icon in the Forms Manager and post it here (as a zipped file) or PM or email it to me and I'll take a closer look.

Hi ph55,

You need to add an Email action to the On Submit event and configure it. Please see the video below

There are a series of videos here to help you get started with CFv4.

Thank you Bob! Thats was the problem.
I had UTF-8 coding problem with hebrew when received mail, but fixed with this solution.

I think its should be easier get to this tutorials:
1. In PDF [CFV4_basic_form.pdf] tutorials there is no mentioning to add "Email".
And I think this is what people in most cases want to do with your forms.
2. In FAQ [36. My e-mails aren't being sent] both links invalid (404 page).

Again, thanks for great fast support.

Hi ph55,

I agree - but this isn't my site.
