What im pointing is that i wanted to create additional forms in my joomla 1.7 registration module. And that additional forms are required to fill up in order to complete the registration.

I havent downloaded chronoform yet because im confused what to download there's a component, plugin blabla whatsoever. And because i think i should wait for a reply regarding to my question.

Hi towki,

You need the ChronoForms Component at least; it includes an action that will allow you to build a replacement registration form, add extra inputs and save the results to a new table in the Joomla! database.

If you aren't familiar with Joomla! you may need to get help to get your form working correctly.

Hello Greyhead,

I already installed the component..Can you teach exactly how to do what i wanted??
Im very familiar with joomla 1.7.

Hi towki,

Start out with a simple user registration form as a test and use the Joomla! User Registration Plug-in to do the registration. Once you have that working it can be extended to add extra inputs.

The videos here may help with some of the ChronoForms basics, they don't yet cover the Registration though.

Hi towki,

I suggest that you build this as a test form and get it all working correctly before you make it your registration page.
