E-mail notification when user submit a form

Hi,

I am trying to create an event such as when users submit a form I receive an e-mail notification.

So, I create an E-mail event in my form wizard, setup static tab with

"To": my e-mail
"Subject:" Submitted
"From name:" left blank, in dynamic tab inserted the user field name I created, in this case {name}
"From Email:" also left blank, in dynamic tab inserted the user field name I created, in this case {email}

But when I test I don´t receive any e-mail notification in my inbox.

On the Dynamic tab the {} are not needed - just name and email with no quotes or brackets.
