I have set up a form (ChronoForm 4.0RC3) on a server using Joomla 1.5. When the user submits the form the thank you page appears and it looks like it sent. The problem is that I am not getting the email from the form. It isn't in my spam folder or quarantine either.
I have an identical form set up on another website that works fine. I am not finding anything different in the form or set up.
What in the world is causing this issue? I have wasted far too much time trying to figure this out.
Is there any step by step user guide for this version of ChronoForms? I can't find one anywhere? It is significantly different than previous versions.

Hi tjhaas,
Please drag a Debugger action into the OnSubmit event for your form (you may need to switch to the Advanced Wizard to do this, if so please take a form backup first). Save the form, click the Frontend View link and submit it. Copy and paste the resulting debug output here please.
Assuming that your site mailer is set up correctly and the Email action has the minimum required entries (To Email, Subject, From Name and From Email), by far the most common cause of Email problems is that they are marked as spam and dropped or delivered to a spam folder.

Hello,
The required fields are entered and the email is not being delivered to my spam folder.
Your assistance is appreciated.
Here is the result of the debugger.

Hi,
The email has been sent as noted, but it might have been blocked on the way, by the ISP or by your mail server, try to use a gmail address to receive the email.
Regards,
Max

That didn't work either. Nothing received in the gmail account.
I have an identical form set up on another site . . . it works fine. It is a very simple form, nothing complicated about it.
Any other ideas. I have tried everything I can think of multiple times. What's left?
Thanks

Argh! Mental note to self . . . restart apache early in the troubleshooting process.
I was digging further into the server end of things and found another item not working and restarted the apache web server to fix it. It also fixed this problem.
Thanks
