My apologies for posting but cannot find anything. Using V4rc3

My form works correctly with Chrome and emails results perfectly. With IE8 on XP it does not send data. Within IE, when validation is on, it does not recognize a selection has been made in the group and returns the error "Please check at least 1 box(es)".

Form is in use now with validation off, just not collecting the data. Any thoughts?

There's a JavaScript error being thrown in IE8 that says something about setStyle not being supported.

I suspect that this is a problem with your template, we've seen similar problems with RocketTheme templates before. Please try turning off Input Formatting in the template Advanced parameters section.
