Hi Bug.

Provided that you have the latest version of the plug-in it should work OK.

What code are you using to embed the form and where exactly are you putting it?

Same problem. I am using:

{chronoforms}formname{/chronoforms}

No form is shown in the article. I only see the code.

Hi marcusm,

Please check:[list=a]
  • That you have the ChronoForms Plug-in installed and enabled.

  • That the article source HTML just shows {chronoforms}formname{/chronoforms}

  • That there are no <p> tags around the {chronoforms}formname{/chronoforms} tag

  • Clear any site page caches that are set.

  • Try setting Relative URLs to NO in the Form General tab (click the form name link in the Forms Manager to open it).
  • [/list:o]

    Hi GreyHead,

    I installed latest J2.5, Chronoform v4 & latest plugin.

    After i enable the plugin, when i trying to save any articles with or without the {chronoforms} tags, it stop automatically. Seems like submission stopped.

    On front end, the whole website only show blank page.

    I tried unable the plugin, the website back to normal.

    Please advice.
    Thanks.

    Hi chongwang87,

    It sounds like something is mis-matched. Which version of the plug-in have you installed?

    Please temporarily set Site Error reporting to Maximum in the Site Global Configuration and see if you then get an error message in place of the blank page.

    Hi chongwang87,

    It looks as though you are using Joomla! 3.0 - Max hasn't released a plug-in for Joomla! 3.0 yet :-(

    Hi GreyHead,

    Sorry, i totally forgotten the Joomla latest version were J3.0

    So did you have any idea when Max will release the plugin for J3.0 ?
    GreyHead 02 Jan, 2013
    Hi chongwang87,

    Sorry I have no idea. I do have a plug-in that another user has created that looks OK. I may make this available if Max doesn't publish something official very soon.

    Hi Bob,

    Can you make it available for us ? Without the plug-in there is no-way to use a Chronoform in the article.
    Thanks Bob.

    :)

    Hi,

    The plug-in and module for Joomla! 3.0 were released yesterday and are available from the Downloads menu above.
