Forms with meta data?

I want to assign meta data to a form such as keywords and description. Is there another way than the following: write content item (static or non-static), assign meta to content item, have chrono mambot show the form in the content item.

Naturally, to have the form show up in your site's (J!) search results, use the content item/mambot procedure.
