Here is what I would like to accomplish:
USING CHRONOFORMS and COMMUNITY BUILDER and CHRONO CONNECTIVITY (If required)
(1). I would like to have a form on my site that users will complete monthly...
(2). I would like the form results to be shown on the user (that completed the form) profile (like in a tab area).
As I said any insight is very much appreciated.
