RealTime preview: product configurator

Hi,
in your opinion with chronoforms is possible to realize a form that make a realtime preview of a shoes or t-shirt based on some select or check box?

What is the base idea to generate a realtime preview (image) of an object?

The goal is to have a tool like a CAR Configurator.

Well, ChronoForms can halep with the form part but that is a very small part of an application like this.
