How to post to article through form?

I need a simple form with few dropdown selections and a text box that when submitted will create an article with the info filled in.

I found that ChronoForms needs a submitcontent.cfbak to be imported in order to do that. I found one at the site but says can't be used with ChronoForms v4. Anyone has any idea what to do and how I can do what I want using the simplest method?

You can use the Submit Article action in the Utilities group in CFV4. It does more or less the same as the submit_content form in CFV3.
