Subject isn’t transmitted

Hi!

I have created three forms: Newsletter, Feedback, and Reservation. When you’re interested you can watch on the TEST-websiteand tell me what’s wrong🙂

A message should be sent back to the person who has completed the form. That works, but: There is no email subject sent whether to me nor to the person.

What’s wrong with my form? I suppose that the mistake is in the first two pages of the form. So I posted the pictures.

Hi Sonja,

The Special fields tab takes 'field names' only and uses the value of that field in the email. You don't have a field named 'Feedback' and so it's (correctly) giving you a value of "".

Delete feedback from Special Tabs and all should be well.
