Sending email to the form email address?

Yes there is (didn't I already answer this today?) Add the 'field name' of the submitters email in the Special Fields tab.

Thanks for that. But I don't think I explained what I am after properly.

What I am wanting to do is, send the form input to the email address that is in the form. Is that possible?
