Happy new year to everybody

My name is Alessio and I have a question about ChronoForms vs. 4.0
I tried to find a topic about this, but I did not find (definitely my fault)

I would like to create a dinamic form depending on the user's choice. Specific example:

Nationality: Italian or Foreign

if Italian
road/place
city
province
region

if Foreign
indicate the Nationality
road/place
city
zip code

I don't know the procedure

You still need to write JavaScript to hide and display sections of your form like this :-(
The script is not difficult but getting the validation to work smoothly can take a bit of work.
