I've created a contact form and am using the module to display it on our site - <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.fflwebsites.com">www.fflwebsites.com</a><!-- w -->. The first field is the name field, which is required. This fiel does not display in IE. It does display in Chrome and Firefox. The same form is also used in a menu item and does display properly in all browsers. I've also tested it with the plugin to display it in an article and have no problem in any browser. The problem just appears with the module in IE.

Any help is appreciated.

I can see that the first input box doesn't display correctly in IE7 (it seems OK in IE8 and IE9) but I can't see any obvious reason.

You might try adding a dummy element (a little text perhaps) as the first element and see if that is a workaround??
