Still Problems with the Beez-Template

I am using Joomla 1.5 and Chronoforms 4.0 RC2.0.
I have some Problem's with the Beez-Template as some People described before.
For example:

I am using the original-Joomla Beeztemplate without any modification. But there is still this Gap between Title and the first Inputbox. I tried serveral things without any success.

The same effect with an unmodified Beez-Template on my local Server. The effect is only visible with the Beez-Template. I tried a lot of different Templates with no effect.
