How to include an attachment in version 4.0

Hi everybody,

Could anybody please describe how to include a form attachment in chronoforms version 4.0. I want to be able to have people use the browse for file input on the form and then have that file sent to a specific address where the person can download it from their email. I know there was a way to do this in older versions of chronoforms but not sure how since the layout changes. I appreciate any help you could provide
