Hi, I have 2 forms on one page and everything was working perfectly and then the forms disappeared and I don't know what to do to get hem to re-appear. I haven't changed anything. Does anyone know what could cause this?

Sorry, no idea. Are there any traces in the Page Source? Have you disabled the plug-in? Have you installed any new extensions? Something changed - somewhere . . .
