Is Required validation to use the chronoforms V4 RC2.0 ?
The key validation just removes the link you or activate the component;
Because I installed the V4 RC2.0 but I can not drag and drop items to create a form.

Hi grepi,
Validation is *not* required to use ChronoForms v4. The free version is fully functional and adds a strap-line under your forms. The paid version removes the strap-line and changes the message in the Forms Manager.
Which version of Joomla! do you have? ChronoForms v4 requires Joomla! 1.5.19 or later with the MooTools Upgrade Plug-in enabled.

Thanks for your help... I had not activated the mootool plugin.
An other question is
In an other site I have Chronoforms V3.1 RC2 and I want to upgrade it to V4 RC2.0.
I take backup forms from V3.1 RC2 but when I restore them to V4 RC2.0 I see this message
"The file uploaded was not a Chronoforms V4 forms backup file."
So Should I have to create new forms for V4 RC2.0 or have I an other solution?

Hi grepi,
There is no automatic upgrade for your forms from CFv3 to CFv4.
You can copy and paste over blocks of code like the Form HTML and and OnSubmit code BUT there are changes in the styling in CFv4 and changes in the variable names used so this code may need editing.
My recommendation is that it is usually simpler in the long run to recreate forms from scratch in CFv4.
