Form Not Saving - Multiple Issues

First I would like to mention I have used ChronoForms on 5 of my customers websites and I think it is great! I am somewhat experienced with it but I can't seem to figure what is going on with this particular install.

I installed:
Chronoforms_J1.6_V4_RC2.0.zip
Mod_Chronoforms_J1.6_V4_RC2.0.zip
Chronoforms_J1.6_V4_RC2.0_Plugin.zip

on a Joomla 1.7.2 installation hosted on Linux/Cpanel/Apache.

Everything installed successfully and appears to be working fine. I started creating a basic contact form and saving every once in a while to see my changes. After adding about 6 fields it wouldn't save anymore. If I tried to add a new field or edit an existing one or edit anything for that matter and then click the Save or Save and Close it would bounce me to the main Joomla admin control panel screen??

I tried many times, created new forms, logged in and out, rebooted, tried IE and Opera (using Firefox 8 ) to no avail.

Then I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the ChronoForms plugin, mod and comp. (had to re-validate too) Now things seem to be saving but I can't get the form to display! Whether I use the form preview or {chronoforms}form1{/chronoforms} or link to it. Plugin is enabled and form is published.

Help...

Just wanted to add I did another uninstall/re-install of ChronoForms with no luck. Got the form to display but back to not being able to save using either the advanced or easy wizard mode. It just throws me back to the Joomla admin control panel main page. Managed to save 6 fields and then it just stopped saving again. Also wanted to note that I can save in non-wizard mode. However I need wizard mode to work to hand over to my customer.

Anyone got any ideas...
