Form requires login

I've created a feedback form that, up until today, did not require the user to be logged in. Form some reason, it's now requiring the user to login.

I checked my other form and it's working fine.

I am running Joomla 1.0.14 on a Linux server using ChronoForms V2.3.8.1.

I added the form to a menu and was able to get a Itemid number. I added this number to my link (to the feedback form) and I can how access it without logging in.

However, I am still unable to get the form to show up by simply selecting the link supplied in the Component screen in the backend.

Are you using the mambot?

There's no reason why a ChronoForms page would require you to log in unless you'd somehow published the page that way, or put some conditional code in the form.
