I have a very simple form that is working, I want to put it in a module so I can display it on the left side of every page. How do I create the module so it shows the form? I tried to use the mambot tag {chronocontact}code{/chronocontact} and it doesn't work.

This wont work for you as the mambot will not be executed on the module output, a module will be released soon!!
