Sample stylesheet that straightens out the fields.

We all know that if there is no stylesheet the fields will go all over the place, but does anyone have a basic stylesheet?

I haven't a clue how to make a stylesheet that would keep the fields lined up!

There's a small collection you can see and download here. They include plain and fancy and have creative commons licenses.
