Hi,
I´ll have a working form, every text field is sent by email, but file upload dont't work. In e-mail there is shown filename, but file isn't attached. It even doesn't show in upload folder.
I have changed the upload folder permissions and tried many thing that i found on this forum, nothing helps me.
Could anyone make a simple Upload Form tutorial for dummies like me?🙂

Hi eintz,
Please take a Form Backup from the Forms Manager and post it here or email it to the address in my sig and I'll take a closer look.
Thanks,
Bob

Hi eintz,
You need to put enctype="multipart/form-data" in the Form Tag Attachment box on the General Tab.
If this doesn't fix it please check this FAQ.
