Have you tried submitting a form? If you have ChronoForms set up correctly then it will send an email with the form info when the form is submitted.
If you want to change the layout of this email then you can use the Email template on the Form Code tab and set ChronoForms to us 'My Template' on the General Tab.

Sorry Bob I think there is a misunderstanding. I receive the email with the submitted form. The person that submits the form does not receive a confirmation email, because I do not know how to set it.

Now I understand. At the moment ChronoForms only sends a single email - it can go to an admin or to the form submitter (or both).
You can work around this by putting code to send a second email in the 'OnSubmit after email box'. You'll find a couple of recent therads here that tell you how to do this. I think that searching on $mosMail should find them.

Hi Bob,
I still cannot do this and now the form does not send the check boxes. Is there anyone who can customise these forms for us? (Fee paying ofcourse! - I do not expect it for free!) I am really disappointed:(

The checkboxes should be OK unless they share a name in which case the names have to be array names like checkbox[] or only one value is returned.
I'm sure it's possible to get customised forms for a fee. You can post in the 'Professional Services; Forum here. I don't know how busy Max is but you can contact him through the contact form here - he's the expert in ChronoForms. If he can't help then please feel free to email me at the address in my sig.

I can send you the forms (we have the html code for the 4 of them). All we want is someone to set it up for us properly and we are more than happy to compensate.
