I am having trouble hiding the menus from my page. I have made a form. It's linked to a menu as an item and show up fine. Clicks through fine. I have the form popping up as a separate window. That works.
I went in 1.5 to the module manager to try to hide the menus so that all that is displaying is the form, and I cannot hide the modules for the other menus and search box etc...
Can anyone advise? I have loked at the Joomla forums and here and can't find anything.

Hi dk,

The way to do this in Joomla 1.0.x was to use index2.php instead of index.php in your url. It will probably work with Joomla 1.5 too.

Thanks for your reply. I will look into doing that. My understanding is limited as to how to do that with Joomla, because I am a newbie, but again thanks.
