Didn't stop long at the site - the musics not to my taste when I'm watching TV at the same time🙂

The Joomla logo and colours look like you need to edit your template a bit more.

To remove the ChronoForms tag 'Joomla Professional Work' you need to buy a license - then Max will send you a copy without the tag.
