Mobile website doesn't show the form

Markgoessens 06 Dec, 2011
Hi,

I asked this question at the forum of the website template. But they say I have to ask it at this forum.
So here I am:

When I open my website (http://www.breinweb.nl) at the pc, there is no problem.
I go to 'de vraagbaak' and then to 'zelf een vraag stellen'...my form shows up. That's okay.
But when I open the website on my mobile (android)...a mobile template shows up.
Again, I go to 'zelf een vraag stellen'...but then he says: Form name can NOT be empty

I compared the link from form on the mobile website with the form on the 'normal' website.
(normal website) http://www.breinweb.nl/index.php?option=com_chronoforms&view=form&Itemid=54
(mobile website) http://www.breinweb.nl/index.php?option=com_chronoforms&view=form

Of course I see the difference. I don't have rid on the menu of the mobile website. So I can't change that specific link. The menu is automatically copied from the 'normal website'. So I don't know how it went wrong.
Is there anything I can do in chronoform?

Hi Mark,

I'm afraid that I don't know what the answer is but the problem is that the Menu ID is providing the form name and without it no form is specified. I guess that it's being lost when the menu is copied from one to the other :-(

Hi Bob,

Never mind. I allready found the solution.
I saw that externally opening the URL of the form will not work. (in this case: http://www.breinweb.nl/index.php?option=com_chronoforms&view=form&Itemid=54)
Because I tried to put this URL in an EXTERNAL-URL menu-item, and that gave the same problem.

But inserting the form in an article with a shortcode was the solution. That solved my problem.
Thanks for your response.
